These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Sosoactive (“Sosoactive”, “we”, “us” or “our”) about your use of the website sosoactive.us and the tools on it (together, the “Website”).

2Our tools

Sosoactive provides free online tools, including the Social Media Engagement Calculator and the Influencer Rate Calculator. You may use them for personal and commercial purposes, such as checking your own accounts, preparing client reports or planning brand deals.

You don’t need an account to use the tools. The numbers you enter are processed in your browser, so you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you put in.

3Estimates, not professional advice

Our tools perform calculations based on the numbers you enter and on the formulas and assumptions shown on each page. Their results are provided for general information only.

• Engagement rates depend on the method used and may differ from the figures shown by social media platforms or other tools.
• Influencer rates are estimates, not price quotes, offers or guarantees of what any brand will pay.
• Nothing on the Website is financial, legal, tax, business or marketing advice.

4Acceptable use

You agree to use the Website lawfully and fairly. You must not:

• use the Website for any illegal, fraudulent or misleading purpose
• attempt to hack, disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Website or its servers

Sosoactive is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn or any other social network. Their names are used only to describe the platforms our tools work with, and all trademarks belong to their owners.

8Advertising

The Website shows advertising from third parties, such as Google AdSense and other ad networks, to help keep our tools free. We don’t endorse the products or services in ads, and any dealings you have with advertisers are solely between you and them. How ad partners use cookies is explained in our Privacy Policy.
